Amybeth McNulty, an Irish-Canadian actor. The actress is most famous for her role in Anne Shirley in CBC/Netflix's drama series Anne with an E. It is based upon Lucy Maud Montgomery's 1908 book Anne of Green Gables. Amybeth McNulty, born 7 November 2001, is daughter of her Canadian father and an Irish mother. Amybeth is an Irish-born woman. Amybeth is 20 years old by 2023. She was born and raised in Donegal in Ireland. She is Irish as well as Canadian. She has blonde hair. Anne has also had a complicated friendship and a complicated relationship with Gilbert Blythe who was two years older than Anne however he was studying at the same degree after his studies were stopped when his father fell unwell. When they first met as classmates, Gilbert was known to tease Anne by giving her the nickname Carrots. Amybeth McNulty's Anne is a 13 year old girl who had an unhappy childhood, living in orphanages, and houses of strangers. Anne gets sent by mistake into Prince Edward Island in late 1890s, where she lives alongside Matthew Cuthbert and Marilla Cuthbert. The show ends in 1919 and Gilbert and Anne are happy. Gilbert is 55 years old, and still affectionate with Anne.
